I’m so excited you’re thinking about capturing this special season of life! Senior year is full of big feelings and beautiful milestones, and I’d love to help you create portraits that feel authentic, joyful, and truly you.

Session Options

• Option 1 – Classic Session 45 minutes at one outdoor location of your choice — $400

• Option 2 – Signature Experience (most popular!) 90–120 minutes — you can do one longer session in a favorite spot or split time between meaningful locations — $675

• Athletic Senior Upgrade Perfect for athletes who want to highlight their sport! We can incorporate your jersey, equipment, or action poses alongside classic portraits. This works especially well with Option 2 (recommended) and adds a fun, personal touch to your gallery. +$150

Please note: These senior sessions are designed for one senior. Additional family members or friends can be included for an extra fee.

Locations

I love shooting around Hawley and the beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack area — there are so many stunning spots right here at home! If you have a specific location in mind outside this area that’s meaningful to you (maybe a favorite park, your school, or somewhere special from your childhood), just let me know. I’m happy to discuss it with you and help capture beautiful images wherever you choose.

Depending on the distance, a travel fee may be added to your package to cover my time on the road. I’ll always talk through the details with you upfront so everything feels transparent and fair.

Outfit Changes

Outfit changes are completely welcome and encouraged! They’re a great way to show different sides of your personality. Just know that the time spent changing counts toward your overall session time so we can make the most of our light and energy together.

I’ll deliver 10 fully edited, Instagram-ready digital photos within 48 hours of your session — perfect for that “Senior Session Preview” or “Coming Soon” post! These are high-resolution files optimized for social media so you can start building the buzz immediately. +$75

Booking Your Session

I offer two easy ways to get started:

• Pay in full at booking, or

• Place a non-refundable retainer (25% of session total cost) that goes toward your session total (the balance is due on the day of your session).

Once I receive payment, you’ll get a receipt right away. We’ll pick a date that works for you, and I’ll send over a simple contract. You’ll have 3 days to review and sign it — your session is officially confirmed only after the signed contract is returned.

If life changes and you need to cancel, the retainer helps cover the time I’ve set aside just for you.

Rescheduling & Weather

I’ll reach out to you 7 days before your session to reconfirm the date, time, and location. At that point we’ll check the weather forecast together and decide if any adjustments need to be made.

I’ll contact you again 2–3 days before to go over the forecast once more and confirm everything is still good to go.

I’m happy to shoot in light weather — I actually love the soft glow of a gentle rain or a light dusting of snow!

We’ll only reschedule if we’re looking at a heavy downpour or weather that is unsafe.

In the case of a family emergency, just reach out and we’ll find a solution together.

Photo Delivery

I’ll deliver your beautiful, fully edited images through a private, password-protected online gallery (via Pixieset) within 30 days of your session. You’ll receive a print release so you can order prints anywhere you like.

I don’t promise an exact number of photos because every session flows differently — the more relaxed and fun we are together, the more wonderful images we usually create!

You’ll get high-resolution, lovingly edited files in both color and black & white where it feels right. Images are sent AS IS (high resolution and edited to give you the best quality). Client understands what is sent is what is the FINAL product and will not ask for RAW files. Ash Haynes Photography LLC does not release unedited RAW files from their work.

Editing timeline varies by the type of session, how many images we captured and my current workload. I will work my hardest to meet the aforementioned 30 day delivery. If for some reason I am not able to meet the 30 day delivery, I will clearly communicate with you in advance.

The gallery stays open for one week for easy downloading. If you need more time, I’m happy to re-open it for a small $25 fee.

I archive sessions for up to 6 months, but I always recommend backing up your favorites right away!

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of your session. If you’re running late, the session time will be shortened accordingly. If you are 20 minutes late (no call/text, no show) you agree to forfeit your session and payment. If you would like to re-book you can purchase another session through the site at full price. I’ll always give you the full booked time if I’m ever the one running behind.

A Note About the Session

I shoot in a natural, warm, and colorful style that highlights your personality and the beautiful surroundings here in the Hawley and Wallenpaupack area. My work can be seen on Instagram @ashhaynesphotos and my main gallery at ashhaynesphotos.pixieset.com.

I completely understand that some days (especially with nerves or little siblings tagging along) don’t go exactly as planned. I’ll do everything I can to capture genuine moments and create memories you’ll cherish — but I can’t guarantee perfect smiles every time. That’s just the beautiful reality of real life!

If for any reason you’re not happy with how the session turned out, I’ll happily offer a 15% discount on a reshoot (seasonal locations may vary).

What to Expect on Your Session Day

We’ll start with a quick hello and a few minutes to get comfortable. I’ll guide you through poses and ideas the whole time — you don’t need to worry about “what to do with your hands”! We’ll move naturally, laugh, and have fun while capturing different looks. Most seniors tell me they feel more relaxed than they expected. The whole experience is laid-back and focused on bringing out your personality in the beautiful Hawley and Wallenpaupack surroundings.

What to Bring & Prep Tips

• Outfits: 2–4 options (see Outfit Changes above). Bring them on hangers if possible to avoid wrinkles.

• Accessories: Jewelry, hats, scarves, belts, or anything that shows your style.

• Shoes: Clean sneakers, boots, heels, sandals, or dress shoes that match your looks.

• Hair & Makeup: Come with your hair and makeup how you’d like it in photos.

• Snacks & Water: Especially important for longer sessions — stay energized and happy!

• Props (optional): Sports gear, letterman jacket, musical instrument, favorite book — anything that feels like you.

• Day-of Tip: Get a good night’s sleep and try to relax — the best photos happen when you’re having fun!

Who Should Come With You?

You’re welcome to bring a parent, friend, or sibling for support. Want them included in the photots? Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan the session flow. Extra people can be included in the pictures for a small additional fee (see optional add-ons above).

Image Usage & Copyright

I love sharing your photos (with your permission!) to help inspire other seniors. Ash Haynes Photography LLC reserves the right to use these session images for display, publication, marketing and other purposes online and/or in print. Ash Haynes Photography LLC keeps the copyright and ownership to all images, but you receive a print release with your digital files so you can print them as much as you’d like.

Please don’t edit or alter the images (no filters, heavy cropping, etc.) when sharing — I’d appreciate credit when you post them!
